Jason Wu Studio accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
